Lately, I’ve had quite a few individuals ask me, “How are you boosting your family’s immunity right now?” I thought this would be a great time to talk about keeping our immunity strong. Right now, that’s really my main focus.

Keeping our immunity strong

Throughout the week, my family follows a relatively proactive immunity boosting routine. I’ve broken them down into different categories for you:

Things we take daily:

  1. Our dose of LLV (Lifelong Vitality Vitamin pack)
  2. Terrazyme (3-5)
  3. DDR oil and/or softgels (1-2)
  4. OnGuard Beadlets (1)
  5. PB Assist for probiotics (1)
  6. Adaptiv Softgel (1) or Copaiba (1) (Note: 1-2 drops of Copaiba in juice for kids)
  7. Turmeric Duo Softgel (1)
  8. YarrowPom Complex (1)

Additional ways we’re using essential oils each day:

  1. Rolling Rose Touch on the outside of our throats morning & night
  2. Diffusing Serenity & Peace blend oils at night
  3. Diffusing OnGuard at least once a day, or Eucalyptus & Lemongrass if you want to switch it up
  4. Adding citrus oil to our water
  5. Soak body or at least feet in epsom salt with Petitgrain or Lavender or Marjoram or Eucalyptus

Other things we do as needed:

  1. Sucking on OnGuard throat drops when we need to leave the house for essentials
  2. Washing our hands with OnGuard often or using the OnGuard Hand Sanitizing Mist
  3. Cleaning with OnGuard Cleaner – wiping door knobs, light switches, etc

General steps we’re taking to stay healthy:

  1. Take extra Vitamin C
  2. Eat healthy: daily, we have 1 cup of fruits, 2 cups of vegetables daily and limit sugar (however, we aren’t avoiding it entirely as we have in the past)
  3. Make sure we are getting plenty of fluids, such as hot tea
  4. Get enough rest

Extra preventative measures, if needed

If we start having ANY sniffles or scratchy throats in addition to the above we:

  1. Immediately start making our diet super strict. Veggies, fruit, broth only – no dairy or sugar
  2. Take OnGuard Softgels instead of beadlets
  3. Double up on DDR Softgels
  4. Make a throat spray to use on inside back of throat. I would add 5 drops of OnGuard to water or vodka & spray on back of throat often.
  5. Use Thyme – put it on feet, dilute & put on chest, diffuse it.
  6. Use Breathe Blend – diffuse it, often.
  7. Put Melaleuca & Lavender behind ears, dilute with fractionated coconut oil. Optional: Apply heat.
  8. Layer frankincense, Lemon, On Guard Blend, Oregano and Tea Tree (Melaleuca) on feet 2x a day & take one capsules of one drop each of these.
  9. Rest and stay in bed
  10. Reduce stress however possible, such as by using Adaptiv products.

Bonus tip for continued health

Continue using Thyme essential oil for an additional 5 days after you are feeling better.
